• Step 3: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation with the RAN clearly marked.

• Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Step 5: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
