Slightly darker colour and a little bit sombre on the nose. While the fruit falls short of being raisiny, this is one of the wines where I find that the heat has got to the grapes. This shows also in the slightly drier finish. There is no shortage of concentrated fruit here, but I prefer a fresher style of pinot.
